Restrictions
Pet deposit-$300.00 non-refundable, monthly pet fee $25.00, two pets per apartment maximum allowed. The maximum weight limit is 100 pounds fully grown. All pets must be licensed, housebroken, have all current vaccinations, and provide documentation of weight and breed from a veterinarian. Veterinarian documents must be 20 days or less to be accepted.
